Completion rates and click rates describe participation, not whether risk is falling. A CISO who has to show that human risk is actually declining needs to point to fewer repeat offenders and shrinking high-risk cohorts, and to act on them.
Security awareness leads can now take a named, role-and-department-level list of repeat clickers into targeted intervention, and tune the definition to their own risk tolerance, such as a stricter threshold for certain teams with privileged access. It fits Fable’s closed-loop model of detecting risky behavior, intervening, and measuring whether behavior changed, in place of blanket retraining.
How to access it: Open the Phishing Simulations dashboard in the Fable platform and select Repeat Offenders.
