Prepping for October Cybersecurity Awareness Month? We've got you covered. Get your kit today.
Attackers don’t wait for training cycles. Now you don’t have to either.
Briefing Agent, the newest capability in Fable's human risk platform, is generally available today. Turn an emerging threat or a new policy into a targeted employee video in minutes, with the security team still in the driver's seat.

TL;DR:

  • Briefing Agent is generally available today. No separate SKU, no add-on. Included in every Fable subscription.
  • Weeks of scripting, production, and review compress to under 20 minutes.
  • Describe the threat or drop in a source doc. Get back an editable, scene-by-scene script, grounded in real-time threat intel and your own policies.
  • Every briefing requires security team approval before employees see it. You stay the publisher.
  • Validated with 20+ Early Access Fable customers in insurance, financial services, and tech.

Zero-day response to new threats

A new attack has successfully compromised a sister company, you – the security analyst – are in the hot seat to prepare the most at-risk employees at your company to respond to this attack if it were to hit you. You have 2 hours, all-hands on deck.

Every security team has been here. A new attack pattern breaks that morning. Voice cloning targeting finance. A fake DocuSign lure. A browser extension vulnerability just disclosed. Your team knows what needs to happen. What actually happens is a fire drill.

Someone scrambles to draft a message, blasts it out, and hopes the people most at risk actually read it. Meanwhile, the campaign is already moving. Attackers don’t work in quarterly training cycles, and the gap between when a threat emerges and when your employees hear about it is where incidents happen.

We built the Briefing Agent to make this fire drill a little less painful, and your life a little more zen.

From threat to briefing in the same hour

A security admin starts with a prompt like “Help me build a briefing on the fake DocuSign campaign hitting our finance team,” or with a new AI usage policy, a vendor advisory, a threat intelligence report. Briefing Agent runs live research against current sources, drafts a two- to three-minute scene-by-scene script tailored to the audience, and hands it back for review.

When you provide policy documents, the script pulls language, examples, and edge cases directly from your policy. So a briefing for the finance team reads like it was written for the finance team. The engineering version of the same threat focuses on the systems and decisions that matter to engineers.

Because Briefing Agent runs inside the Fable platform, it plugs into everything the Fable platform already does. Targeting uses roles, departments, groups, and behavioral cohorts surfaced by the Fable Human Risk Engine: so that you can get to the employees most exposed to this threat, instead of blasting  to everyone. Delivery lands where employees already work, in email, Slack, or Teams. Attestations, reminders, and reporting all live in the same workflow.

The same closed loop Fable customers already run, now with the time between threat and response measured in minutes.

“Attackers do not wait for the next scheduled training cycle, and security teams should be able to respond while a threat is still emerging. Briefing Agent helps teams take something that happened this morning and turn it into clear guidance for the right people the same day. The security team stays in control while the manual work in between largely disappears.”

Sanny Liao, Co-founder & CPO, Fable Security

Nothing ships without your approval

Speed doesn’t mean handing over the keys. Your security team stays in control. Nothing reaches an employee until they’ve approved it.

Results customers are seeing

Briefing Agent has been in the hands of 20+ Fable customers across insurance, financial services, enterprise technology, and other industries. What they saw:

  • Reduction in response time: content-development workflows that used to take weeks, shipping in minutes.
  • Boost in coverage: Teams addressing timely, threat-specific topics they couldn’t touch before, because there wasn’t time to build it
  • Boost in specificity: Briefings tailored to specific roles or behavioral cohorts, instead of the same content pushed to the whole workforce.

A security leader at a leading AI hardware and cloud computing company rebuilt a briefing on fraudulent job candidates that had originally taken a full week to produce and put it this way:

When we needed to create a briefing on fraudulent job candidates, the previous workflow took a full week to produce. With Briefing Agent, we recreated it in minutes… It eliminates roughly 70 to 80 percent of the work.”

Aneela Prasad, Senior Cybersecurity Strategy & Engagement Analyst at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, was one of the first customers to test Briefing Agent:

“We thought it was amazing, especially for a first try with just a couple of prompts. It was awesome. I was very, very excited about it.”
